What's poppin people!!
Had a pretty dope weekend with my 2 favorite women in the world, my daughter and fiancé.
I hope yours was just as awesome!
I had a convo on Sunday with the entire Krank team, we all spoke about our goals and where we intend on going in life, defiantly an eye opener for us all.
We had an exercise on a few things to get us in perspective.
1) was the top 5 things we would do if we had an unlimited amount of cash and were guaranteed to succeed
2) was the top 5 things we feel we need to learn in order to acheive these goals
I started thinking what it would take to reach these goals and why I haven't reached them yet and why I am so frustrated because I haven't reached them yet.
And I think it's because we all think the same way.
Most people don't reach their goals because they aren't willing start small. We think everything just suppose to happen right away just because we want it to. No one, including myself at times is willing to do the little things every damn day that get results.
We don't want to take baby steps, we want what we want right fukin now!
We gotta stop it!
It's the little things done on a consistent basis that lead to big things.
If you can't manage $300 a week how would you be able to manage a million bucks a year.
If you can't consistently make to the gym how can you expect to compete at the top level in your sport let alone get the body you know you deserve.
We have to learn to manage the little things before we can achieve and handle the big things!!
Most of you guys out there have children of your own or in your family. When children are young they are for the most part helpless, we have to take care of them and teach them as they grow.
From bottles, to baby food, to adult food, from rolling off their backs, to crawling, to walking, to running, it is a process and we admire every single step and are excited because we can see that gradual progression in our children.
Shouldn't we have that same excitement from our own progress in the gym or in life??
It's all about the baby steps.
You are better then you were yesterday, you are stronger, faster, leaner, tougher, love yourself with each step you've taken to be a better you!!!
