Before you guys go out this weekend to slam margaritas and tequila shots you need to get in a quick Cinco De Mayo workout.














Work Out

1) 25 seconds Kettle bell or dumb bell swings

    25 second break

2) 25 seconds push ups

    25 second break

3) 25 goblet sqauts

    25 second break

4a) 25 second snatches (left arm)

    25 second break

4b) 25 second snatches (right arm)

     25 second break

5) 25 second Burpees

Break as long as you need when done.

Knock out 5 rounds.
