What up!!!!

 

Hurricane Sandy is about to mess up the entire eastern part of the U.S. So Please stay in doors, contact everyone you need to and get your workout in.

Yep I said it!

Just because you can't make it to the gym doesn't mean you can't get in a good workout!!

 

Here's your workout:

 

If you live in an apartment this is what your going to do.

 

1) Start at the 1st floor of your building

2) Walk or sprint up to the 5th floor

3) Knock out 25 Push ups, 25 lunges and 25 burpees

4) Walk back down to the 1st floor (walk slow and use this as your rest time)

5) Walk or sprint up to the 4th floor

6) Knock out 20 Push ups, 20 lunges and 20 burpees

7) Walk back down to the 1st floor (walk slow and use this as your rest time)

8) Walk or sprint up to the 3rd floor

9) Knock out 15 Push ups, 15 lunges and 15 burpees

10) Walk back down to the 1st floor (walk slow and use this as your rest time)

11) Walk or sprint up to the 2nd floor

12) Knock out 10 Push ups, 10 lunges and 10 burpees

13) Walk back down to the 1st floor (walk slow and use this as your rest time)

14) On the 1st floor knock out 5 Push ups, 5 lunges and 5 burpees

 

Finisher

 

Take a 1-2 minutes break

Walk or sprint up to the 10th floor (If you don't have 10 flights in your building just walk up and down till you get through 10 flights of stairs and knock out 25 Push ups, 25 lunges and 25 burpees

 

 

DONE!
