So I was running errands all day and I was away from home (Krank Systems Brooklyn) I was able to get in a workout at a gym in lower Manhattan.
I knocked out some speed dead lifts, front squats, rows, lunges and Ab work, I went in!!!
My body hasn't been feeling up to par lately so instead of a finisher I decided to go with extra foam rolling and a upper/lower stretch routine.
