Hope you had an awesome week!!

This weekend I'm going to keep it low key and spend some quality time with the misses.

I know some of you couldn't make it out to Krank this week so I filmed our workout to keep you guys in the loop. Stay on point and pushing towards our goals.

You will always have something that comes up or gets in the way of you and your work out but make time for yourself, If you don't someone else will!


Ok enough pep talk here's the workout.


5 Sets of:

RDL 8 Reps

Bent Row 8 Reps

Clean 8 Reps

Push Press 8 Reps

Front Squat 8 Reps

20 Swings

8 Burpees
