What up Y'all!!!


It's Hump day!! whatever that's suppose to mean.

Just finished up a sick workout with one of the Krank members, yep every once and awhile I like to jump in and Do Work with the team.

I just wanted to put up a vid of the workout that the krankster did last night!

They killed it as always!

For the next couple of weeks we are on a strict dose of metabolic training. That means tons of movements that are specifically put together to get you as lean as possible!

These guys and gals will be looking RIGHT come summer time!


Here's the workout for the week!!

This is partnered workout. So choose Wisely, you don't want to do this workout with a LAME!!

While you are doing the main movement one member of your team is doing Mountain Climbers and the other is doing Burpees.

When you finish your main movement, you move into the Burpees area and the one that was doing the mountain climbers moves into the main movement area.

This cycle will continue till each main movement is complete.



Clean and Front Squat 8 reps (each arm)

Turkish Get Up's 5 reps (each arm)

Clean and Front Squat 8 reps (each arm)

Clean and Press 8 reps (each arm)

Clean and Front Squat 8 reps (each arm)

Swings 20 reps (2 handed)

Clean and Front Squat 8 reps (each arm)

Snatch 8 reps (each arm)

Clean and Front Squat 8 reps (each arm)
