What's the deal!!

Hope you guys are training hard and crushing your goals!!

This blog post is for all the Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA and every other combat sport out there.

Strength and conditioning is a little more then just hard work, you have to train smart.

So you have kettle bells, ropes, sledge hammer, push a sled, run for miles on end and can do burpees till you leave a palm print in the earth.

You might be doing it all wrong man!!
