It's Monday time to get yo shit back on track!!
Just finished up a banging Monday morning workout with our AM team they fukin wrecked this place!
Monday's are always tough, probably went to bed late Sunday to stretch your weekend out, hung over or just ate like a pig. Which is cool if you been eating clean all week, but can still make you feel sluggish the following day.
Everyone that walked through the doors this morning was feeling it from this past weekend, but they still came through and put in the work and those are the ones that are crushing their goals!!
Life is going to trip you up, put road blocks in your way and do what it can to weed out the ones that don't deserve to be successful. You job is to remain consistent, keep moving forward, keep pressing on!
If you get up and just take one little step, do one little action that gets you closer to your goals, you are a winner, you will succeed!!
Get back on your grind!
