What's cracking people!!
I'm over here in Bangkok Thailand enjoying an awesome vacation with my soon to be wife.
It's about 92 degrees and 2pm over here so at home in NYC it should be 2 or 3am and I had to get a workout in!
Yep even on vacation it's important to get in a good session, but you don't need to go in and crush a whole hour.
