I just got back from a great workshop out in Orlando.
I met with an amazing coach to talk about goal setting and goal achievement.
Before I left I felt completely overwhelmed by all the goals I had set out for myself this upcoming year. I want, I need to get these things done in order for my life to be perfect or so I thought… I have all these things I want to do but have little to no time to get them done and I'm thinking to myself, I need help.
So hired a coach and booked my flight to florida and left hoping to seek a little clarity…
Before I left, I almost fell in to the, fu*k it trap.
You know what I'm talking about, the trap of making excuses on why I can't, why this is to difficult and blah blah blah and just get so flustered by just the thought of how difficult things will be that I actually end up not doing sh*t.
It's happened to me too many times before, so I decided to seek out a coach, a mentor to help guide me in the right direction.
Well, long story short the most important thing I learned, which in retrospect seems like common sense however common sense is never common to a person that is lost, is to focus on one thing.
Just one action that will eventually lead to the results I'm looking for. See you can't really control any outcome, but you can control your actions.
So think about what you want then think about the one thing you can do that will more then likely lead to that result.
Simple right? Yea, I know common sense…
What is the one thing that you can do on a consistant basis that will help you get closer to reaching your health and fitness goals?
Reply back, I would love to hear about it!
