Playing the blame game? | Best Gym In Brooklyn - MEME – Its gonna hurt funny pics

Whose fault is it that you're out of shape?

If you go by what you hear in diet and infomercials say they try to make you believe it's everything and everyone's fault but yours.

They put the blame on your cortisol levels, fast food, none organic foods, or your busy schedule instead of where it belongs – on you.

Yes, you have obstacles that get in your way – your schedule, your job, your kids, the weather, your bum knee…but at the end of the day, the body and health you you have now is what YOU chose to accept.

Really let that sink in.

YOU have the body that YOU accept.

Taking the blame for your current weight and health is not a bad thing – it's empowering.

Think about it.

If it really wasn't your fault, if it really was due to a long list of variables that you have zero control over, then you'd be stuck.

You'd have no way to change.

Whether you realize it or not, you already posses everything you need to transform your body, but it all starts with taking responsibility for the body that you have today.

You have your current body because until this moment you've been OK with it.

Oh sure, you aren't thrilled with it, and you even talk about losing weight and getting fit, but you haven't changed what you'll accept.

Here's how to do.

Get Annoyed

Emotion creates motion.
Get angry! Feel that feeling.

You can't believe you allowed your self to settle for anything less then you know your worth.

Get fu*king pissed off!

It's time to get your emotions stirred up.

Make a list of why you deserve to feel and physically be healthier.

It's time to get your emotions stirred up.

Without clarity it's very hard to get where you want to go.

Now that you're pissed with the body you let yourself have, it's time to decide what the body you can accept looks like.

I want you to think in concrete and specific terms.

How much weight to you want to lose?
How do you want to physically feel?
What dress or jean size do you want to fit into?

Now just focus on the actions that will inevitability get you there.

How many times a week will you train?
How many healthy meals do you eat a week?
How many glasses of water do you drink a day?

Focus on the system that gets the results, not the results. Sounds counterintuitive but it works big time!!

Get Off Your Ass

The time spent between dreaming about changing and moving determines whether you will succeed or fail. Don't get stuck between dreaming and moving – you can do something right now.

It's time for you to step up.

You need to make up your mind about what you'll accept of yourself.

What will you accept?

Keep Moving,
