Don’t give up so fast!
Every first of the month you’ll make the same promises to yourself. You know, weight loss, quit smoking, stop drinking, new relationship, whatever…. For most of us, those promises will last for about 19 days.
Stop giving up!!!
You owe it to yourself to just give your goals more than just a month to manifest. The things that you want aren’t just gonna show up if you wish it.
With more than half the year done, check-in with yourself, put in the work, and make it happen! Don’t let another day pass you by without you taking action towards your goals.
